At Beauty Branding Lab, we specialize in creating customized private label products tailored to your brand. Due to the custom nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged, defective, or for an agreed-upon reason approved by our team.
Exceptions for Refunds & Returns
We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and your order number.
- Pre-Approved Exceptions: In rare cases, if we approve a return or refund in advance, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Refund & Credit Method
- Refunds (if approved) will only be issued to the original payment method used during checkout via our Shopify store. If another payment method is used (eCheck or ACH) we may issue the refund via ACH.
- In some cases, we may offer a store credit instead of a refund. Store credits are issued at our discretion and can be used toward future purchases.
